The Rose Garden CBRF is a licensed facility for ambulatory, semiambulatory, and non-ambulatory individuals, as well as those who are incapable of being responsible for their own safety and well being under emergency conditions.  Services, which are similar to those in a nursing home, are provided at approximately two-thirds the cost of nursing home care.
