Our 31-bed facility offers 24-hour per day skilled nursing care. A highly trained and professional staff is available to meet the daily physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our residents. Located adjacent to Hetzel Care Center, the Rose Garden Assisted Living complex offers the same quality service for elderly adults wishing to live independently, with the security of 24-hour nursing care. Whether it be skilled nursing, care in a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), or assisted living apartments, we have the level of care to meet your needs. This continuum of care makes it possible for individuals to remain in familiar surroundings as their needs change. It also provides residents with consistent medical care and support from the professionals that know them well. This feature is what sets Hetzel Care Center and Rose Garden apart from other long-term care facilities, and provides peace of mind for our residents and their family members.
